Indictments charging defendant with robbery, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, conspiracy and unlawful possession of instruments of crime. Before KUBACKI, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1183, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1975, No. 1254. Argued June 22, 1976.
