Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license and unlawfully carrying a firearm, rifle or shotgun on a public street. Before ROSENBERG, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 927, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1973, Nos. 800 and 801. Submitted June 9, 1975.
