Criminal proceedings. Armed robbery, theft, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, carrying a firearm without a license and the commission of a crime of violence with a firearm. Before BODLEY, J., No. 2221 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from order denying defendant's motion for reconsideration of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 951 of 1974. Argued June 6, 1979.
