Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy. Before BROWN, P.J. Defendant pled guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 100, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 593 of 1977. Submitted March 20, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
