The judgments on criminal complaints nos. 0049 CR 3138, 0149 CR 140, and 0149 CR 171 are affirmed. The sentence on the conviction for trespass in 0149 CR 718 is vacated, and the case is remanded for resentencing on that count. As to the convictions for possession of a hypodermic needle (0049 CR 718) and illegal possession of a Class A substance (0149 CR 718), those cases are remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
