Indictments charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and resisting arrest. Before BONAVITACOLA, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1225, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1974, No. 741. Submitted March 17, 1975.

Judgment of sentence affirmed, and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which has not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
