Indictment charging defendant with two counts of robbery with a weapon. Before McGOWAN, J. Verdict of guilty entered on both charges. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment, nunc pro tunc, denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 991, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7601014A. Submitted November 14, 1977.
