Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery, robbery by violence and with an accomplice, larceny, rape, and conspiracy. Before KURTZ, JR., P.J. Appeals, Nos. 1747 to 1752, inclusive, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, March T., 1970, Nos. 223, 223B, 223D, 223E, 223F and 223G. Argued March 23, 1973.
