Petition for leave to appeal, Jan. T., 1972, No. 273 (No. 497-A Misc. Docket No. 18) from order of Superior Court, Nos. 1183 to 1185, inclusive, Oct. T., 1969, affirming judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1967, Nos. 2236, 2238, and 2240, in case of Commonwealth v. Melvin Lee Hall. Petition for allowance of appeal granted and judgments of sentence reversed.

Same case in Superior Court: 217 Pa. Super. 282.

Petition for post conviction relief. Before DIBONA, J.

Order entered dismissing petition and granting leave to file an appeal, nunc pro tunc. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgments of sentence of the court below, opinion per curiam, dissenting opinion by HOFFMAN, J. Petition for allowance of appeal filed.

AND NOW, this 11th day of February, 1972, the petition for allowance of appeal in the above-captioned matter is granted and the judgments of sentence imposed by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, Criminal Section, Nos. 2236, 2238 and 2240, January Term, 1967, are reversed. See, Com. v. Mills, 447 Pa. 163, 286 A.2d 638 (1971).
