Indictment charging defendant with robbery. Before CALDWELL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 163, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 888 and 889 of 1975. Argued March 8, 1976.
