Indictments charging defendant with rape, statutory rape, corruption of a minor, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, incest, simple assault, indecent assault, terroristic threats, and criminal solicitations. Before O'BRIEN, J. Demurrers were sustained as to simple assault, terroristic threats, and two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Verdicts of guilty on remaining charges. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 603, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. CC7701060A, CC7701061A and CC7701062A. Argued April 10, 1979.
