Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and criminal conspiracy. Before CICCHETTI, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery and theft by unlawful taking and not guilty of criminal conspiracy. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 894, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Nos. 37 and 37 1/3 of 1975. Argued November 11, 1976.
