Indictment charging defendant with resisting arrest, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime, unlawful possession of an offensive weapon and aggravated assault. Before BONAVITACOLA, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1188, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1974, Nos. 2117, 2118, and 2119. Submitted December 6, 1974.
