Indictments charging defendant with robbery, rape, burglary, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, kidnapping and related offenses. Before McDERMOTT, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1754, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1974, Nos. 1420, 1422, 1425, 1428, 1429, 1431, 1432, 1434, 1438, 1440, 1443, and 1445, and Oct. T., 1974, No. 645. Argued March 17, 1976.
