Indictments charging defendant with possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Before GARDNER, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2348, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Aug. T., 1974, No. 263. Submitted December 22, 1976.
