Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods. Before McKENNA, Jr., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 189, April T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Oyer and Terminer and Quarter Sessions of Allegheny County, Feb. T., 1967, No. 74, and March T., 1967, No. 81. Submitted November 14, 1969.

Judgment of sentence affirmed, and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which had not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
