Indictments charging defendant with attempted theft of a motor vehicle, conspiracy and unlawful possession of instruments of crime. Before SABO, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1537, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1973, Nos. 399, 400, and 401. Submitted December 16, 1975.
