Indictments charging defendant with robbery, kidnapping, simple assault, possessing instruments of crime, prohibitive offensive weapon and unauthorized use of an automobile. Before KREMER, J., without a jury. Verdicts of guilty of robbery, kidnapping, simple assault and unauthorized use of an automobile and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1326, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1977, Nos. 1777/1781. Argued December 6, 1978.
