Indictments charging defendant with robbery, kidnapping, simple assault, possessing instruments of crime, prohibitive offensive weapon and unauthorized use of an automobile. Before KREMER, J., without a jury. Verdicts of guilty of robbery, kidnapping, simple assault and unauthorized use of an automobile and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
