The judgment on indictment DUCR 2005-00006 is affirmed. The conviction on indictment DUCR 2005-00007 is affirmed, but the sentence is vacated and the case is remanded to the Superior Court for resentencing by the trial judge. The judgment on indictment DUCR 2005-00010 is reversed, the finding is set aside, and judgment is to enter for the defendant.
