Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before MUNSON, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty entered. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 582, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 143 of 1975. Argued November 11, 1976.
