Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Before RIAL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 137, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1974, No. 21. Submitted April 19, 1976.
