Indictment charging defendant with attempt with intent to kill, assault with intent to maim, obstructing a police officer in making an arrest, and wantonly discharging a firearm. Before CIRILLO, J. Appeals, Nos. 1320, 1321 and 1322, Oct. T., 1973, front judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, July T., 1972, No. 481, and C.A. Nos. 2296, 2297 and 2298 of 1972. Argued December 6, 1973.
