Indictment charging defendant with rape, aggravated assault and indecent assault. Before THOMAS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of simple assault and indecent assault following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 225, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, No. 279 of 1976. Argued April 12, 1977.
