Appeal, No. 296, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, No. 70-10,422, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. James W. Fox. Order affirmed.

Proceedings upon application by defendant to suppress oral statements. Before GREEVY, P. J.

Opinion and order entered suppressing all but the initial statements of defendant. Commonwealth appealed.
