Indictments charging defendant with violations of The Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act and conspiracy. Before WOLFE, P.J. Verdict of guilty of possession of marijuana for sale and conspiracy. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 463, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 107 and 108. Argued November 8, 1976.

Jay S. Nedell, and Ambrose, Nedell Yochim, submitted a brief for appellant; Samuel F. Bonavita, District Attorney, for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
