Indictment charging defendant with robbery. Before TREDINNICK, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to Superior Court, which vacated judgment of sentence and remanded case for an evidentiary hearing to determine effectiveness of counsel. Judgment of sentence reinstated after hearing. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 513, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, July T., 1974, No. 2408. Argued September 13, 1977.
