Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to kill, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and assault with intent to maim. Before BLOOM, J. Appeals, Nos. 930 and 931, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, March T., 1972, Nos. 670 and 673. Argued December 10, 1973.
