Indictments charging defendant with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and two counts of corruption of minors. Before SHADLE, J. Defendant entered pleas of guilty to reduced charges of indecent assault, attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and one count of corruption of minors. Order entered denying defendant's petition to withdraw his guilty pleas and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 410 March T., 1977 from Court of Common Pleas of York County, No. 1479 of 1976. Submitted March 13, 1978.
