Indictments charging defendant with attempt with intent to kill, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery and resisting arrest, and related offenses. Before RICHETTE, J. Appeals, Nos. 1582 to 1585, inclusive, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1971, Nos. 1453 to 1456, inclusive. Argued September 19, 1973.
