Indictments charging defendant with failing to identify himself at scene of an accident and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before BERTOLET, J. Appeal, No. 1893, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Nos. 696 and 697 of 1973. Submitted December 3, 1973.
