Indictments charging defendant with burglary and conspiracy. Before WEIDNER, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty on indictments and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1845, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Nos. 970, 974, and 996 of 1975.

Taylor P. Andrews, Assistant Public Defender, submitted a brief for appellant; J. Michael Eakin, Assistant District Attorney, for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.

HOFFMAN, J., dissents on the basis of his Dissenting Opinion in Commonwealth v. Ferraro, 237 Pa. Super. 268, 276, 352 A.2d 548 (1975).
