Indictments charging defendants with gambling and criminal conspiracy. Before HESS, J., specially presiding, and a jury. Orders entered sustaining defendants' demurrer. Commonwealth appealed. Appeals, Nos. 1393, 1394, and 1454, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Nos. 1576, 1577, 1573, and 1574 of 1975. Argued December 6, 1976.
