Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants. Defendant's motion to suppress evidence granted, opinion by GLADDEN, J. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 558, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, No. 702 of 1975. Submitted November 8, 1976.
