Indictments charging defendant with passing bad checks and theft by deception. Before WALSH, JR., J. Verdict of guilty of passing bad checks and not guilty of theft by deception and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 951, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 74-3206. Argued September 12, 1977.
