Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession and sale of marijuana. Before BUCHER, J. Appeals, Nos. 1395 and 1396, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 2036 and 2037 of 1971. Argued March 20, 1973.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
