On the indictments numbered 93-1266-003 and 93-1266-004, alleging wilful and malicious destruction of property, the judgments are reversed and the verdicts set aside. The judgments on the remaining indictments, numbered 93-1266-001, 93-1266-002, and 93-1266-005, are affirmed.
