Indictments charging defendant with impersonating an officer, corrupting the morals of a minor, indecent assault, and solicitation to commit sodomy. Before MARGIOTTI, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1632, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1969, No. 67. Argued December 6, 1971.
