Criminal proceedings. Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, attempted rape, indecent assault, simple assault, possessing instruments of crime, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and burglary. Before WALLACE, J. No. 1734 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, Nos. 1523/1531, Nov. T., 1979. Submitted March 11, 1981.
