Criminal proceedings. Robbery, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal conspiracy and recklessly endangering another person. Before MARUTANI, J. No. 1659 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, No. 79-09-880-84.
