Review is limited to the issue whether the Superior Court judge erred in denying the defendant's renewed motion for postconviction forensic testing of the bloodstains taken from the cement floor of the parking garage, including whether the defendant met the threshold showing under G. L. c. 278A, § 3, entitling him to an evidentiary hearing on the motion.
