Indictments charging defendant with receiving stolen property, possession of instruments of crime, and criminal attempt (trespass). Before RIDGE, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty as to receiving stolen property, possession of instruments of crime and criminal attempt. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1293, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7708165A. Argued April 10, 1979.
