Indictment charging defendant with robbery and conspiracy. Before MONTEMURO, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 915, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1975, Nos. 2138 and 2139. Submitted June 22, 1976.
