Appeals, Nos. 35 and 36, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Oct. T., 1966, Nos. 290 and 291, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Dominick DiFerdinando et al. Judgment affirmed.

Indictments charging defendants with burglary, larceny, conspiracy, and receiving stolen goods. Before LEVIN, J., without a jury.

Findings of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed.

OPINION BY SPAULDING, J., September 11, 1969:


In view of our decision this day in Commonwealth v. Chilengarian, 215 Pa. Super. 112 (1969), we find the court below correctly denied appellant's motion for a new trial.

The judgment of sentence is affirmed.
