Criminal proceedings. Aggravated assault, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, driving while operating privileges are suspended, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving a vehicle at unsafe speed and failure to observe a stop sign. Before RODGERS, J. No. 580 Pittsburgh 1981. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, Criminal Division, No. 226 of 1980.
