Indictments charging defendant with incestuous adultery, statutory rape, corrupting the morals of a minor, and sodomy. Before ESHELMAN, J. Appeals, Nos. 172 and 173, Oct. T., 1979, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Dec. T., 1968, Nos. 179 and 179-A. Submitted September 14, 1970.
