Criminal proceedings. Receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a vehicle, simple and aggravated assault and resisting arrest. Before SNYDER, J. No. 664 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division of Philadelphia, Nos. 2028-32-77-08.
