Criminal proceedings. Robbery, possession of prohibited offensive weapons, recklessly endangering another person, aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy. Before KELLY, J. No. 2315 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Criminal Division, No. 4759 of 1977. Argued June 10, 1980.
