Defendant sentenced to a term of 10-20 years on a 1975 charge of conspiracy to commit burglary. In 1978, defendant filed a petition alleging that the 10-20 year sentence was improper and illegal. Order entered modifying sentence to a legal 5-10 year term. Defendant filed subsequent petition requesting withdrawal of guilty plea or further reduction of sentence. Order entered denying petition, order by CAMPBELL, P.J. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1370, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, No. 325 of 1975. Argued April 9, 1979.
