Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft and theft by receiving stolen goods. Before O'BRIEN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of theft and theft by receiving stolen goods and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 301, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1974, No. 5998A. Submitted November 25, 1975.
