Indictment charging defendant with criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before GARB, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of all charges and order entered granting defendant's motion for new trial. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 1545, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 1225 of 1976. Submitted December 14, 1977.
